Abstract
Harapan Mulya Village is one of the villages in the Bekasi area and has an area of 204,000 Ha. Based on the results of observations and interviews that have been conducted, it is found that there is limited knowledge of insights and information on youth organizations, especially on how to plan for the development of self-potential in adolescents in the future. Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to develop knowledge related to Growth Mindset in youth organizations in Harapan Mulya RW 06. The implementation method used to increase knowledge is through a game and material about Growth Mindset. By providing material about Growth Mindset as psychoeducation to youth organization members, it is hoped that they will be able to increase their knowledge and insight. Before providing the intervention, an assessment was carried out first to determine the appropriate psychoeducation method. The results obtained through this psychoeducation activity are the members of the youth organization become more aware of plans for the future.
